Come See What We’ve Been Up To!

The week of November 15th is full of exciting things happening at both Margaret Brent and Barclay Schools, and we want you to come and be a part of them!

Monday 11/15, 8:30am – Pre-K to 4th Grade Open House, The Barclay School

Want to learn more about the elementary grades at Barclay?  Stop by Monday morning for some breakfast refreshments and time to see children in their classrooms.

Tuesday 11/16, 8:30am – 5th to 8th Grade & Community Open House, The Barclay School

Please stop by at the start of the school day to learn about the Middle School Grades and see them in action!

Tuesday 11/16, 1pm – International Health Day, Margaret Brent

International Health Day will be an exciting program with displays from around the world.  There will be international food to sample made by students, families, and community members, some traditional dress, and even rumors of dancing!  More importantly classrooms will be showing off their first quarter projects, giving you an opportunity to see the great learning that has been happening at both the schools!

Wednesday 11/17, 9am – Current Parents Open House, Margaret Brent

Current Margaret Brent Parents and Families, come see your students in action!  Drop by the school from 9-11am for an open house.

Wednesday 11/17, 5:00pm – Academic Showcase, The Barclay School

Come and see the amazing projects that Barclay School Students have created as they studied Health & Nutrition during the First Quarter.  Projects from all grade levels will be on display!

Friday 11/19, 9:00am – Prospective Parents, Community Members Open House, Margaret Brent

Everyone is invited!  Whether you are a business owner, prospective parent, friend or neighbor, come see Margaret Brent students in action and learning.  Please RSVP to John Bernet at jbernet@greaterhomewood.org.

All of these events are open to the public, so please take some time to come see what our Great Schools in Charles Village have been up to this year!
